Make a day of it! Bikefest kicks off at 12 noon and promises fun for everyone, featuring live music, a vibrant vendor market, a 50/50 draw, motorcycle showcases, a bike rodeo, and so much more. Best of all—admission is FREE!
Raffle Tickets are just $20 each, and every dollar raised supports food security programs at The Hope Centre.

Winners will be contacted by phone immediately following the draw—and you do not need to be present to win!
As per OLG rules, your ticket gives you a chance to win both prizes. The second prize (Honda CRF50) will be drawn first, the ticket returned to the drum, and then the grand prize (Harley Davidson) will be drawn.

Rules of Play
- Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket and claim a prize
- Participants may purchase a lottery ticket for a chance to win 1st Prize: 2025 Harley Davidson FXBB (Retail Value $23,000) and 2nd Prize: 2025 Honda XR150LS (Retail Value $5,223)
- Tickets are priced at $20 per ticket and may be purchased by cash sale only
- There will be a maximum of 4,000 tickets sold.
- Ticket sales will commence on January 28, 2026 and will cease on August 22, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
- The draw will take place on August 22, 2026 at 8:00 pm at the Welland County Motorcycle Club, 603 Netherby Road, Welland.
- The 2nd prize will be drawn first. Before each ticket is drawn, the tickets within the drum will be mixed. The 2nd prize winning ticket will be placed back in for a chance to win the 1st
- The draw winners will be contacted by phone by The Hope Centre. The winner will also be announced on The Hope Centre’s and Welland County Motorcycle Club’s social media.
- The winner does NOT need to be present to win.
- The licensee will be responsible for awarding all prizes and for making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner(s).
- Persons conducting the lottery event (The Hope Centre) and their spouses or persons directly benefiting from the proceeds (The Hope Centre) cannot purchase a ticket and/or win a prize.
- The raffle licensee is The Hope Centre, license # 857408. The licensee and their spouses or persons directly benefitting from the proceeds cannot purchase a ticket and/or win a prize.
- The proceeds will support The Hope Centre.
- Prizes that are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at any time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority (as per AGCO Lottery Licence Policy Manual)
