Request for Proposals: Job Evaluation for The Hope Centre
The Hope Centre is seeking proposals for a comprehensive job evaluation process to be conducted in collaboration with CUPE 1287, our recognized union partner. This initiative aims to ensure equitable and transparent evaluation of all positions within the organization, including both union and non-union roles. Additionally, this process shall include a compensation review to ensure that these roles are compensated in accordance with the Pay Equity Act.
