The REACH Niagara Medical Clinic provides non-judgemental and low-barrier health care services for people who don’t have access to, or are at risk of losing access to, basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter.
Every Wednesday from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm the clinic is offered at The Hope Centre, 570 King Street. No health card or appointment required.
Health Care services include; ongoing primary care, select form assistance, counselling, connection to supports, harm reduction supplies, preventative care screening and referrals.
The clinic is a partnership between The Hope Centre, Reach Niagara and Niagara Medical Group Family Health Team.
