The Welland County Motorcycle Club, together with The Hope Centre, are seeking your support through the purchase of raffle tickets where the first prize winner will win a 2024 Harley Davidson FXLRS Low Rider (Value $29,000) and 2nd Prize: 2025 Honda CRF50FS – 50cc Dirt Bike (Value $2,639)
The draw will take place at the annual Welland County Motorcycle Club Bikefest event on August 23, 2025 at 7 pm. Bikefest starts at 12 noon and will feature Live Music, Vendor Market, 50/50 Draw, Motorcycle Draws, Bike rodeo and so much more. Entry to the event if FREE.
Bike Raffle tickets are available for $20 each and all proceeds support The Hope Centre. You can purchase tickets at the Welland County Motorcycle Club & Speedway races, or through a Club member. Tickets will be available for purchase at Bikefest on Saturday, August 23, up until 6 p.m.
Tickets can also be purchased at The Hope Centre until August 22 during our office hours.
The draw winners will be contacted by phone immediately following the Draw. The winner does NOT need to be present to win.
As per OLG rules, you can win both 1st and 2nd prize second with a single ticket. 2nd prize (the CRF50) will be drawn first, the ticket will be put back in the barrel and then 1st prize will be drawn (the Harley).

RULES OF PLAY
1. Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket and claim a prize
2. Participants may purchase a lottery ticket for a chance to win 1st Prize: 2024 Harley Davidson FXLRS Low Rider (Value $29,000) and 2nd Prize: 2025 Honda CRF50FS – 50cc Dirt Bike (Value $2,639)
3. Tickets are priced at $20 per ticket and may be purchased by cash sale only
4. There will be a maximum of 4,000 tickets sold.
5. Ticket sales will commence on March 1, 2025 and will cease on August 23, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
6. The draw will take place on August 23, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Welland County Motorcycle Club, 603 Netherby Road, Welland.
7. The 2nd prize will be drawn first. Before each ticket is drawn, the tickets within the drum will be mixed. The 2nd prize winning ticket will be placed back in for a chance to win the 1st prize.
8. The draw winners will be contacted by phone by The Hope Centre. The winner will also be announced on The Hope Centre’s and Welland County Motorcycle Club’s social media.
9. The winner does NOT need to be present to win.
10. The licensee will be responsible for awarding all prizes and for making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner(s).
11. Persons conducting the lottery event and their spouses or persons directly benefiting from the proceeds cannot purchase a ticket and/or win a prize.
12. The raffle licensee is The Hope Centre, license # M862117. The licensee and their spouses or persons directly benefitting from the proceeds cannot purchase a ticket and/or win a prize.
13. The proceeds will support The Hope Centre.
14. Prizes that are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at any time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority (as per AGCO Lottery Licence Policy Manual)
