REACH serves people who do not have a doctor, or who cannot see their doctor.
Shelter-based primary care medical clinics are staffed part-time by a family doctor, a nurse practitioner and a community paramedic. We serve people who do not have a doctor, or who cannot see their doctor. We manage 80% or more of the cases we see; we refer to specialists when needed.
We connect people with local family practices or Community Health Centres such as Quest, and care for them until they are accepted into care.
